The BYD Yuan Pro electric vehicle went on sale on March 21, priced at RMB 121,300 ($18,638) and RMB 131,400 after subsidies for both models.
The Yuan Pro features a design BYD calls Dragon Face 3.0, with suspension, LED headlights, and five-spoke wheels.
The car supports the cell phone NFC car key and is equipped with DiLink 3.0 intelligent network system.
Yuan Pro uses a holographic transparent image system for the dashboard, equipped with Bosch’s control technology.
Yuan Pro’s body dimensions are 4375 x 1785 x 1680 mm with a wheelbase of 2535 mm.
The car is equipped with a blade battery that supports fast charging of up to 60kW and can go from 30% to 80% of charge in 30 minutes.
Yuan Pro’s electric motor has a maximum power of 100kW, maximum torque of 210 N⋅m, and a combined working range of 401km.
