Nio unveiled the highly anticipated ET5 sedan at Nio Day 2021 in Suzhou on December 18, and subsequently showcased the car at a local Nio House.
The ET5 is Nio’s lowest-priced model, but did not compromise on its exterior design, earning it plenty of admiration on Chinese social media.
The ET5 maintains Nio’s family design language at the front and is equipped with a LiDAR on the roof similar to the ET7.
Its body lines are very smooth, while the rear design demonstrates Nio’s strong industrial design capabilities.
Although the ET5 does not look the same as Porsche’s model at the rear, it offers a similar aesthetic.
