Li Auto (NASDAQ: LI) today continued its customary sharing of last week’s sales figures, at a time when its major local peers have and will be announcing their July delivery figures.

For the week of July 24 to July 30, Li Auto sold 7,900 units, slightly higher than the previous week’s 7,800, according to figures posted by the company on Weibo today.

As of July 30, Li Auto had cumulatively sold 32,500 vehicles in July, it said. The company is expected to release July delivery figures in a few hours.

Li Auto used sales to refer to all the numbers in the tables it shared, without explaining what that weekly sales count was based on, but apparently they were insurance registrations. The company had suspended sharing those numbers in May, but has since resumed sharing them.

Li Auto’s three models currently on sale — the Li L7, Li L8, and Li L9 — are extended-range electric vehicles (EREVs), essentially plug-in hybrids that can be refueled. The company’s weekly sales are limited by capacity.

Nio (NYSE: NIO) sold 5,400 units last week, up 14.89 percent from 4,700 the previous week, and was the third consecutive week of growth, according to data shared by Li Auto.

Between July 1 and July 30, the Nio sold 18,100 units.

Nio is also expected to announce its July delivery numbers in a few hours, with plenty of social media car bloggers recently speculating that the company may have delivered more than 20,000 units in July.

Xpeng (NYSE: XPEV) was at 3,800 units last week, up 46.15 percent from 2,600 units the week before. Between July 1 and July 30, Xpeng sold 9,900 units.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) was at 10,600 units last week, up 37.66 percent from 7,700 in the previous week. The US electric vehicle giant sold 31,300 units in China from July 1 to July 30.

BYD (OTCMKTS: BYDDY) sold 48,400 units last week and 191,300 units from July 1 to July 30.

Volkswagen sold 5,600 new energy vehicles (NEVs) in China last week, and 16,800 from July 1 to July 30.
