Not everyone wants a watch that requires charging every night and OS updates every month. It was enormous hanging off a little kid’s arm, but I loved the giant hunk of rubber that could withstand a slapshot when strapped to a hockey puck. Nostalgia makes we want this Casio Men’s G-Shock GD350-1C Black Resin Sport Watch for $78.53, although I’m not sure how it fit in the rotation with my Apple Ultra and Garmin fenix 7X.
If you want something dressier, something like this Citizen Quartz Mens Watch, Stainless Steel, Classic, Silver-Tone is hard to beat for under 80 bucks. As a Star Wars fan, I am really tempted to get either the Citizen Eco-Drive Rebel Pilot for $229.21 or the Citizen Eco-Drive Millennium Falcon Chronograph for $223.71 both seem collectible and subtle. The Bulova Computron is another nostalgia buy, I love the retro-ness compared with my normal smartwatches.
