The TOPDON Scan Tool And Thermal Camera I Reviewed Are Discounted For Prime Big Deal Days

In May, I reviewed the TC004 Thermal Camera and gave it a 9/10 in value when the price was $370. That same TC004 camera is on sale right now for only $285.00 as a Prime Day Deal. I called this “a steal” compared to something like a FLIR or a Snap-On. And that is even more true now. It’s not the only Topdon Prime Day deal on tools I’ve tested and am excited for, though.

The second TOPDON tool I reviewed this year was the Artidiag Pro Scan Tool in July. This has a full price of right around 500 bucks. Again, I considered that a smoking deal compared to the tool truck brands that are closer to THREE-THOUSAND dollars. Even the Harbor Freight version, which is considered an incredible bargain, is $800.

Right now, the TOPDON Artidiag Pro is just $372.00. This isn’t just an OBDII code reader. This is as close to a dealership scan tool as you’re going to get without spending an extra zero or two. If you don’t know what this is, I encourage you to read the review above. But to quote that review, “Besides diagnostics, you can program new keys, reset immobilizers if you need to replace the ECU or gauge cluster, recalibrate ADAS, cycle ABS, calibrate throttle bodies, test for emissions readiness, it can even do long coding. I have been looking into some of the options I have with VW Tiguan with the long-form coding. My drivetrain is shared with the Audi A3. Apparently, some things like throttle maps, traction control settings, and other tuning differences are all sitting in my ECU waiting to be activated.”

I’ve thrown in a couple of other TOPDON tools that I haven’t tested—at least not yet. With as good as the other two tools were, I’m confident these will be as good of value.
