During the holiday, the percentage of miles driven by Li Auto users using the navigation-assisted driving system was about 3.6 percent of the total, lower than Nio Pilot’s 13 percent.

After Nio released its users’ travel data for the holiday on Monday, Li Auto did the same.
During the Chinese New Year holiday, which ran from January 31 to February 6, Li Auto’s users accumulated about 55.27 million kilometers, 63 percent of which were in fuel-first mode, according to the company’s data released today.
Li Auto currently has only one model available, the Li ONE, which uses extended-range technology and a three-cylinder engine.
During the holiday, users logged more than 2 million kilometers with the navigation-assisted driving system on, according to the company.
This means that the feature was turned on in about 3.6 percent of the miles traveled by Li ONE owners on the holiday.
Li Auto’s navigation-assisted driving system, called NOA (Navigate on Autopilot), became available to users on December 6 of last year.
Unlike Nio and Xpeng Motors, which charge for such features, Li Auto offers the feature for free.
NOA can help drivers cope with the demands of long-distance travel more easily by helping guide drivers in and out of ramps, recommending the best time to change lanes, and intelligently adjusting vehicle speed according to the speed limit on closed roads with high precision map coverage, according to Li Auto.
Since the feature became available, users have used it to accumulate about 8.35 million kilometers, according to data released by the company today.
As a comparison, Nio released data yesterday showing that its users have driven a total of 7,526,690 kilometers with Nio Pilot.
Nio users accumulated 57,366,215 kilometers during this period, which means that the percentage of miles driven by Nio Pilot is 13 percent.
